Take on this exciting challenge of overseeing external recruitment processes for Manager & Professional roles across multiple countries, with a focus on Benelux, Nordics, UK, and Eastern Europe. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for dedicated roles, contributing directly to fulfilling business needs. Collaborate closely with local HR teams, Group Talent Acquisition, and the Center of Expertise to implement best practices. Lead sourcing and recruitment efforts for Manager & Professional roles, ensuring a diverse and robust talent pipeline. Drive consistency and standardization in recruitment processes, leveraging direct sourcing techniques and Application Tracking Systems. Champion employer branding initiatives and talent pooling efforts, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. Manage Talent Acquisition projects and contribute to the development and deployment of innovative solutions. Take ownership of Talent Acquisition performance Are you a MATCH? Solid experience in recruitment at an international level, with expertise in direct sourcing techniques. Fluency in English, Dutch, and French. Additional languages are welcome too Strong team player with exceptional collaboration skills. Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
